I haven&#039;t tried crocodile but it&#039;s very low in fat ant the cooking time should be very short, so maybe you overcooked it?

As a child I hated stew because the meat was always chewy but the same type of meat cooked oh-so-slowly in the crock-pot is something difference altogether. Delicious.
I make a lot of soup in mine these days. I&#039;m sure you&#039;re going to have a lot of fun experimenting!</description>
