Mystery baguettes

My blog was hacked yesterday (Edit 091106: and again and again) and I strongly recommend all of you with wordpress blogs to update to the latest version to avoid the stress of repairing everything if you get hacked. It took a while to restore the blog and while checking that everything was OK I found a draft post from 2007 with baguette photos. Unfortunately the recipe is long lost (I really need to learn to write a complete draft every time I cook or bake) but I’m sure that these baguettes contained sourdough.

They look great. I take photos and scribble notes, and regret it later when I finally get around to writing it up. These hackers and malware are really infuriating. I should start a sourdough starter again.Just to much responsibility.

    Hej, Dag :)
Oh, I just bought “T-fall Emerilware breadmaker” and I guess the recipe containing sour dough would be perfect to make in it.
Maybe someone has a clue? I would appreciate it very much.
P.S. I’m using recipes which are in the breadmaker booklet and they are really good, but sourdough is the one I really would love to have :)

Hi there, I’ve got a a blog on wordpress.com but that’s only because my original blog got hacked. I have no idea as what to do, to make sure everything is alright. But I would be devasted to just start over and have 2 years of blogging down the drain. Sounds like you know what to do? I have updated since on my other two blogs. Mine got hacked so bad, that my webhost had to close it down. So before I put it up (if possible) I have to get it checked out.

baguettes are very delicious and I love them. I often make them in my restaurant. I put plenty of Patan ghee into it to ameliorate the taste…Cheers
