I just stumble across this blog looking for Kuldse Notsu Kõrts. A fantastic place - the meat feast for 2 was unbelievable.
Strange you were in Brussels just prior, that mirrors my last holidays.

All the best.

You must have had a really nice time together. That chicken liver with mashed potatoes catched my attention at first sight and it looks really good. I think I'll prepare something similar for my family, it's time we went a little bit foreign. :) And those chocolate wonders liyng on the snow white plates! I'm almost drooling. Naaah, just kidding. But this article convinced me to improve my cooking skills. Estonian cuisine, here I come!

Maria: We actualy discussed some Daring bakers topics. It would be great if ALL Daring bakers could meet someday! :-)

Kalyn: It was great and I hope to meet more food bloggers in the future.

Tartelette: Tallinn is very beautful, I would love to go there more times. And the blogging girls are fantastic!!

Ilva: I hope to meet you someday again, I hope you can join us next time!

Pille: I will definitly travel to Tallinn more times. It's too bad that we couldn't meet last summer but better late then never! :-) Thanks again!

Joey: Yes, it was a great trip.

Evelin: I really liked Tallinn!

Shaun: I've never thought about as I take it for granted.. We can get to a lot of places by ferry from Sweden and it takes between 20 minutes up to 16 hours depending on where you go. We can go to Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Poland, England, Åland and Lithuania by ferry. And I probably missed some countries :-)

Dagmar - What a lovely trip you ladies had. I love that you are able to take a ferry to your respective cities, though a long one at that. There are no countries to go to by ferry from New Zealand (maybe a huge cruise ship that goes around the South Pacific, but that is not a ferry)! I love that you were able to try the hearty Estonian cuisine. I would have loved to try the liver casserole, and I am curious about their very hot mustard. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
