I really like the photos in the book which inspire a lot. I&#8217;ve made some changes in the original recipe; for exampe I use both raspberries and blueberries, I substitute jam with syrup and instead of normal meringue I make raspberry meringue. And of course I use my own lemon lime curd instead of store bought lemon curd.
