What’s baking? 2nd attempt

OK, it’s in the oven… My second attempt with the Tiramisù cheesecake, this time with quark and a mixture of less dark chocolate than the last time together with a small amount of milk chocolate. No espresso coffee this time and more sugar. Keep your fingers crossed :-)

    That looks fantastic! What’s your worst culinary disaster? I just submitted my at http://www.cookingdisasters.com…too much dill (horrible taste) in my famous (with my family anyhow) chicken soup for 30 guests. I’ve kept my fingers crossed for 4 years that it won’t happen again!

    Hi all!

    I’ll try to post about the cheesecake tonight. The result was great, it was perfect with quark instead of Philadelphia. Light and fluffy! :-)
