		<description>Wow this looks sooo good!&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I am seriously considering making it tomorrow :)&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;But I was wondering why you say it needs to be stored in the fridge once made? Aren&#039;t you putting the jam hot into sterilised jars?</description>
