Hi, cool blog! Can anyone tell me which breadmachine is the most versatile and has the best variety of features available? I found a review blog (<a href="http://www.breadmakersreview.com" rel="nofollow">www.breadmakersreview.com</a>) which had a few ideas but I didn't know which was best. Any help would be appreciated!

I think you hit on the right idea with making the dough in a machine and then baking it in the oven. I have found this works very well for me. My family's favorite is cinnamon bread. An entire 2 pound loaf gets demolished by four people for a bedtime snack. But it also allows a lot of flexibility to make baguettes, etc.

Well I had to translate the measurements, but I thought this bread was great! I did watch it and added a little milk at the beginning to make a softer dough. Okay if I steal the recipe for my site. I have a Tomato-Basil Bread you might like!!, Sara
